    In partnership with Heineken and CorsoMG, Smilesoft redefined fan engagement at the inaugural Las Vegas Grand Prix. This collaboration produced a F1 cockpit simulator, an 18.5-foot 1:1 replica of a Heineken F1 race car, offering audiences the chance to step into the driver’s seat and capture their personal moment on the Vegas track.

    Participants experienced the thrill of F1 racing through a seamless real-time system. After a quick sign-in, users entered the cockpit, counted down from three, and raced down a simulated track, all captured by a cockpit camera. Within seconds, the footage was delivered via a custom-built app, allowing participants to download their personalized race video instantly. This unique system also provided exclusive, event-only F1 footage, empowering users to create and share custom edits of their experience.

    This project showcased “Smilesoft Delivery System 1," an R&D initiative designed to revolutionize event-based content creation and distribution. Multiple "moment makers" around the venue enabled attendees to capture awe-inspiring, movie-quality moments. Simultaneously, live footage from the event's professional cameras was sent in real-time to an editor, ensuring participants received polished highlights by the end of the day.

    By combining immersive, interactive experiences with state-of-the-art content delivery, Smilesoft elevated the F1 fan experience to unprecedented levels. This project exemplifies our mission to democratize access to professional-grade content creation, making every attendee a star, director, and editor of their story.
